Hunger
of being as miserable
as the absent resonances
of the faith declining
As those cries
of the home that perished
awaiting for our
bodies making it come alive
Miserable is this struggle
to reclaim
what was taken from us
and that wasn’t fate
it was me
perhaps it was your drive
But I’m so down
regardless of the cause
Sobs, gales, dust
all that is supposed to be sad
fades too
Not for a glare
not for nothing
but because there is acutely nothing
left
after I devoted my life to think of you
and only that
Everything else is just something
I don’t belong to
I dream of you so bad
That someday, despite fate
I’ll get to see you in my dreams
taking my life
and make it yours.
